Applesauce Zucchini Bread
A moist and delicious bread made with applesauce and zucchini.

Main Ingredients
- 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 cup Applesauce
- 1 cup Grated zucchini
- 0.5 cup Sugar
- 0.25 cup Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 Eggs
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg.
In another bowl, combine applesauce, grated zucchini, sugar, oil, vanilla, and eggs.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
