Apple Tarte Tatin Recipe

- 6 pcs Apples peeled, cored, and quartered
- 100 g Sugar
- 50 g Butter unsalted
- 1 sheet Puff Pastry thawed
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a skillet, melt the butter and sugar over medium heat until caramelized.
Add the apples and cook until they are tender and coated in caramel.
Roll out the puff pastry and place it over the apples, tucking the edges into the skillet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the pastry is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes, then invert onto a plate and serve warm.
