Main Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups chopped apples
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the oil and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in the chopped apples.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool before cutting into squares.
