Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the sliced apples.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into squares. Serve and enjoy!
