Apple Rhubarb Crisp Recipe

Filling
- 3 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 3 cups apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
Topping
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup flour
- ½ cup butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine rhubarb, apples, sugar, and 1 tablespoon flour. Mix well and spread evenly in a baking dish.
In another bowl, combine rolled oats, brown sugar, ½ cup flour, and melted butter. Mix until crumbly.
Sprinkle the oat mixture over the fruit mixture in the baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is tender.
