  • 3 apples peeled, cored, and sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add softened butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. Spread the batter evenly in a greased baking dish.
  5. Arrange apple slices on top of the batter.
  6. Sprinkle cinnamon over the apples.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
