Main Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup butter softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 apples peeled, cored, and sliced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add softened butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Spread the batter evenly in a greased baking dish.
Arrange apple slices on top of the batter.
Sprinkle cinnamon over the apples.
Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
