A simple and delicious apple jelly recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Apple juice
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 package Pectin
- 5 cups Sugar
1. In a large pot, combine apple juice and lemon juice.
2. Stir in pectin and bring to a boil.
3. Add sugar and return to a rolling boil. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
4. Remove from heat and skim off foam.
5. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
6. Process jars in a boiling water bath for 5 minutes.
