Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Apple juice
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 package Pectin
  • 5 cups Sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, combine apple juice and lemon juice.
  2. 2. Stir in pectin and bring to a boil.
  3. 3. Add sugar and return to a rolling boil. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and skim off foam.
  5. 5. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
  6. 6. Process jars in a boiling water bath for 5 minutes.
