- 2 cups Apples, peeled and diced
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 package Pie Crusts
- 1 unit Egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
Roll out the pie crusts and cut into circles using a cookie cutter or a glass.
Place a spoonful of the apple mixture onto each circle, fold over, and seal the edges with a fork.
Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
Place the hand pies on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
