Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Apples, peeled and chopped
- ½ cup White sugar
- ½ cup Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup Butter, melted
- 4 Flour tortillas
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine apples, white sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
Spoon apple mixture evenly onto each tortilla. Roll up tortillas and place seam side down in a baking dish.
Pour melted butter over the enchiladas.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
