Ingredients

  • 2 cups Apples, peeled and chopped
  • ½ cup White sugar
  • ½ cup Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup Butter, melted
  • 4 Flour tortillas

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine apples, white sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  3. Spoon apple mixture evenly onto each tortilla. Roll up tortillas and place seam side down in a baking dish.
  4. Pour melted butter over the enchiladas.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
