Filling
- 6 Apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- ½ cup Granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Ground nutmeg
Topping
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- ½ cup All-purpose flour
- ½ cup Brown sugar
- ½ cup Unsalted butter, melted
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced apples and lemon juice. Add granulated sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well.
Transfer the apple mixture to a baking dish.
In another bowl, combine rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, and melted butter. Mix until crumbly.
Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the apples.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the apples are tender.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
