Apple Cranberry Crisp Recipe

Filling
- 4 cups apples, peeled and sliced
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
Topping
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup butter, melted
- ½ cup flour
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine apples, cranberries, sugar, and 1 tablespoon flour. Mix well and spread evenly in a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, melted butter, and ½ cup flour until crumbly. Sprinkle over the fruit mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
Let cool slightly before serving.
