Ingredients 

Dough

  • 4 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast
  • 1 cup Milk warmed
  • cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Eggs large

Filling

  • 2 cups Apples peeled, cored, and chopped
  • ½ cup Brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ¼ cup Butter softened

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add melted butter, eggs, and salt to the yeast mixture. Gradually add flour and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread softened butter over the dough. Sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon, and chopped apples.
  5. Roll up the dough tightly and cut into 12 rolls. Place in a greased baking dish. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
