Apple Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

Dough
- 4 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 packet Active dry yeast
- 1 cup Milk warmed
- ⅓ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 Eggs large
Filling
- 2 cups Apples peeled, cored, and chopped
- ½ cup Brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¼ cup Butter softened
In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
Add melted butter, eggs, and salt to the yeast mixture. Gradually add flour and mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread softened butter over the dough. Sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon, and chopped apples.
Roll up the dough tightly and cut into 12 rolls. Place in a greased baking dish. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
