Apple Cider Donuts Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups apple cider
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan.
In a saucepan, reduce the apple cider to about ½ cup by simmering over medium heat. Let it cool.
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
In another bowl, beat together sugar and eggs until light and fluffy. Add melted butter, vanilla, and reduced apple cider.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Fill donut pan about ¾ full with batter.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool on a rack.
