In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the oil and milk. Mix well.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Fold in the chopped apples.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
