Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 baguette French baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
  • 8 oz Brie cheese sliced
  • 1 Apple thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes, until lightly browned.
  3. Top each toasted baguette slice with a slice of brie and a slice of apple.
  4. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with fresh thyme.
  5. Return to the oven for another 5 minutes, until the brie is melted.
  6. Serve warm.
