Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Bread, cubed Day-old or stale bread works best
- 2 cups Apples, peeled and chopped
- 2 cups Milk
- 3 units Eggs
- 0.5 cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 0.25 teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt.
Add the cubed bread and chopped apples to the mixture, and stir until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
