Apple and Pear Crumble Recipe

Filling
- 3 apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 3 pears, peeled, cored, and sliced
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Crumble Topping
- 1 cup flour
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup butter, cold and diced
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the apples, pears, sugar, and cinnamon. Transfer to a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix the flour, oats, and brown sugar. Add the cold butter and rub it in with your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the fruit mixture.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
