Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup starter Amish Friendship Bread starter
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 box instant pudding mix vanilla flavor

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add ingredients as listed. Mix well.
  3. Grease two loaf pans. Pour the batter evenly into the pans.
  4. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Cool in pans for 10 minutes, then remove to wire rack to cool completely.
