Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond Milk
  • ¼ cup Cocoa Powder
  • ¼ cup Cornstarch
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, whisk together the sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt.
  2. Gradually whisk in the almond milk until smooth.
  3. Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook, whisking constantly, until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the pudding into serving cups and let cool. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
