Almond Macaroons Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Almond flour
- 1 cup Powdered sugar
- 2 large Egg whites room temperature
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon Almond extract
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour and powdered sugar. Sift the mixture to remove any lumps.
In another bowl, beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until foamy. Add salt and continue to beat until soft peaks form.
Gradually add the almond flour mixture to the egg whites, folding gently until fully incorporated.
Fold in the vanilla and almond extracts.
Using a spoon, drop small mounds of batter onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the macaroons are lightly golden.
Let the macaroons cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
