Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Shredded Coconut
- 1 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Whole Almonds
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk.
Spread the mixture evenly in a baking pan.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
Spread the melted chocolate over the baked coconut mixture.
Press whole almonds into the chocolate layer.
Let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
