Ingredients

  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Whole Almonds

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a baking pan.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  6. Spread the melted chocolate over the baked coconut mixture.
  7. Press whole almonds into the chocolate layer.
  8. Let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
