- 3 ripe bananas mashed
- 3 cups almond flour
- 3 eggs large
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup honey
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract.
Add almond flour, baking soda, and salt to the wet ingredients. Mix until well combined.
Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
