  • 2 cups Raw Almonds
  • 1 tablespoon Honey optional
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the almonds on a baking sheet and roast for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Let the almonds cool slightly, then transfer to a food processor.
  4. Process the almonds until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  5. Add honey and salt, and process again until well combined.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
