- 4 pcs Russet Potatoes cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3. Place the seasoned potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
4. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the wedges are golden brown and crispy.
