  • 3 medium Potatoes thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
  2. 2. Thinly slice the potatoes using a mandoline or sharp knife.
  3. 3. Toss the potato slices in olive oil and salt.
  4. 4. Place the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. 5. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. 6. Remove and let cool before serving.
