Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the meatballs are golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or pasta.
