Air Fryer Corned Beef Hash Recipe
A quick and easy corned beef hash made in the air fryer.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup cooked corned beef, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine diced potatoes, corned beef, onion, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
3. Place the mixture in the air fryer basket in an even layer.
4. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.
