Air Fryer Churros Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ⅓ cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup sugar (for coating)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1. In a saucepan, combine water, 2 tablespoon sugar, salt, and butter. Bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat to low, add flour, and stir until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat.
3. Let the dough cool for 5 minutes. Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
5. Transfer dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Pipe 4-inch strips onto parchment paper.
6. Air fry churros in batches for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Combine ½ cup sugar and cinnamon in a shallow dish. Roll warm churros in the mixture.
