Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • ½ cup Butter softened
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Parsley chopped
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Flour
  • 2 pieces Eggs beaten
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Mix well.
  3. 3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and fill with the butter mixture. Seal the edges.
  4. 4. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
  5. 5. Dredge each stuffed chicken breast in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. 6. Place the breaded chicken breasts in the air fryer basket. Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. 7. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
