Air Fryer Beignets Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Warm Water
- 2 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 3 cup All-Purpose Flour
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar for dusting
In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
Add vegetable oil, flour, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
Roll out the dough to about ¼ inch thickness. Cut into squares.
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Place the dough squares in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Remove and let cool slightly.
Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
