Ingredients 

Apple Pie Ingredients

  • 2 Apples peeled, cored, and diced
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 package Pie Crust store-bought or homemade
  • 1 Egg beaten, for egg wash

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  3. 3. Roll out the pie crust and cut into small circles.
  4. 4. Place a spoonful of the apple mixture onto each circle and fold over to create a half-moon shape. Seal the edges with a fork.
  5. 5. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  6. 6. Place the pies in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
