Instructions
1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
3. Roll out the pie crust and cut into small circles.
4. Place a spoonful of the apple mixture onto each circle and fold over to create a half-moon shape. Seal the edges with a fork.
5. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
6. Place the pies in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
