Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets White fish fillets such as cod or tilapia
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil spray

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dip each fish fillet into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Spray both sides of the fish fillets with olive oil spray.
  5. Place the fish fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
