  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ½ cup Fresh lime juice
  • 2 Serrano chilies, sliced
  • 1 Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • ½ Red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp and lime juice. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes until the shrimp turns pink.
  2. 2. Add the sliced serrano chilies, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro to the bowl. Mix well.
  3. 3. Season with salt to taste. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for a few minutes before serving.
