Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups dried hibiscus flowers
  • 8 cups water
  • ½ cup sugar adjust to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. 2. Add the dried hibiscus flowers and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and let it steep for another 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Strain the mixture into a pitcher and discard the flowers.
  5. 5. Add the remaining 4 cups of water and sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  6. 6. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
