Adobong Pusit Squid Adobo Recipe
A delicious Filipino dish featuring squid cooked in a savory adobo sauce.

Main Ingredients
- 1 kg Squid cleaned and sliced
- 1 cup Vinegar
- ½ cup Soy Sauce
- 1 head Garlic minced
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 pcs Bay Leaves
- 1 teaspoon Black Peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 cup Water
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
2. Add the squid and cook for 2-3 minutes.
3. Pour in vinegar, soy sauce, and water. Add bay leaves, peppercorns, and sugar. Stir well.
4. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
5. Serve hot with steamed rice.
