Main Ingredients
- 2 Acorn Squash halved and seeded
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the acorn squash halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
Brush the squash with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Roast in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the squash is tender and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
