Chili-Topped Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 can Chili
  • 4 potatoes

optional toppings

  • cheese
  • sour cream
  • green onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Wash potatoes and wrap in foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.

  3. When potatoes are done, heat chili on stove until warmed through (or follow directions on the can). 

  4. Unwrap baked potato and pour chili over the top. It can be served as is or you can add desired toppings.
